My goal with in the next 12 months is to flip 3 houses. I have a GC to do the work. I'm looking for a seasoned realtor to help me find houses. Also I need leads on finding financing options.

Hey Brent. The MLS is very competitive when it comes to potential flips. To be honest, if you're not offering cash it will be next to impossible to pick something up discounted enough to be worth flipping. We have cash and make offers frequently and in 2 years and after 25 flips we have not had an offer accepted low enough from the MLS to make it worth flipping. You will most likely need to use different techniques to find properties worth flipping.
