Hello Everyone, I'm planning to start my own real estate investment company and I'm in the planning stages right now, but I was wondering how neccessary is office space for the business. Do I need a official office or can I just run it out of my home?

Most people dont move into an office space until you have some level of consistent business and income rolling in.  You dont want to sign a commercial lease and get locked into a 2-3yr lease and then things dont work out in 9 months.

Try to look into one of those full service offices like a Regis type office.

Good luck
