Hello everyone,

I am new to bigger pockets and still don not know exactly how the forum discussions work. I am planning on starting my investment company within the year. i intend to do fix and flips and rentals. I am very inexperienced in running a buisiness so i was wondering which route is best when starting a real estate investment company. LLC or S corp? i will most likely start out very small possibly 1 to 2 houses the first year. any advice on which route go to start this business. thanks chris
