Hey guys I'm just getting started and I went to set up Google voice and noticed a lot of news stories that said Google voice would be removed in the coming months.  Anyone have any information about this? I'm trying to decide if It's even worth it to set up Google voice.

Hello everyone,

I am new to bigger pockets and still don not know exactly how the forum discussions work. I am planning on starting my investment company within the year. i intend to do fix and flips and rentals. I am very inexperienced in running a buisiness so i was wondering which route is best when starting a real estate investment company. LLC or S corp? i will most likely start out very small possibly 1 to 2 houses the first year. any advice on which route go to start this business. thanks chris
