Hello,

I am looking for an example of a non-disclosure non-circumventure form (NDNCA) for a project I have where I am looking to discuss with some other potential partners.  

It is a great deal but I am looking to lower my initial investment with partners but I don't want to lose the opportunity.

Anyone have a draft they can share?
