How to calculate Equity accrual

Hello i read an article by J. Scott where he refers to a spreadsheet. The article is great and the Spreadsheet really good. I was able to follow the Example on my own Except the Equity accrued. His Example and the spreadsheet has a value of 3,251 and I come up with 3,489.84. I would like to understand what I'm missing?
