I wrote down that I want to acquire 6 seller financed rentals this year. I have #1 in escrow and we close Friday. Still have all of April to get #2 and be on track. March was a great wholesaling month. Income is right on target although some hasn't actually been realized yet, but the equity has been captured in extremely discounted acquisitions that are in the pipeline to be flipped. Just need to convert it to cash via selling to retail buyers. Hoping to add another small apartment building to the portfolio as well, but I've got a lot of time still ahead of me yet.

Things are starting out a little slow for me in some ways. But I've also been working on other aspects of my business. For example, I've been working to get most of my properties refinanced, and it's looking like that will come through for me with some good sized monthly savings. Lowering one's monthly needs is just as effective as increasing one's income.
