As amateur in the real estate business, what is the differences and implications between real estate properties, LLC Vs. Realty LLC as a company name? Which would be a better option?

In my mind the word "Realty" implies brokerage. If you are investing, not acting as a broker, it might be confusing to some people. That said, plenty of investors use "Realty" in their company name. "Real Estate Properties" seems long, why not just "Properties"?
