Charlotte Robertson thanks. I actually have a company name but I'd like to know if I want to name it property or realty. My business model is targeting Lease Options segment in the real estate market.

Ned Carey thanks for the friendly response. I am starting up the LLC in the Lease Options market. I want to weigh the pros and cons between a Realty vs. a Property as the company name. Is there any legal implications/differences if I'm not a license broker of a particular state yet?

As amateur in the real estate business, what is the differences and implications between real estate properties, LLC Vs. Realty LLC as a company name? Which would be a better option?
