Seeking Real Estate Consultant/Mentor

Hello!

I have had some great success in the single family & small multi-family space over the past several years. Now that I've got some capital, connections, lenders and experience, I'm looking to break into the multi-family space.

I would love to consult with an experienced real estate professional to gain some insight on the following:

- Ways to structure partnerships on larger multi-family deals (15+ units)

- Building multi-family VS. Renovating multi-family/condo-conversion (and potential partnership structures for both)

I would be so grateful for some qualified advice and more than happy to pay a consulting fee. Recommendations are highly appreciated!
