LLC setup by Nevada Corporate Headquarters

Good Evening All,

Back in November last year, I went to a FB event and along with the event I received information on Nevada Corporate Headquarters. They help with setting up the business, whether LLC, S-Corp etc. I just wanted to find out if anyone has used them? If they like the results and would you recommend them to a newbie like me.? The price of $1200 is steep but if it helps getting me starting on the business side of starting the business right, I think it is worth it (maybe). I know, I know many of the gurus sell you quick no worries and you can get the info out there for FREE but what you don't understand I'm not a full-time investor I work a 40hr work week and if I have someone watching my back while I make $ to support my family I'm good with that…

What about the protection of having a business in Nevada vs. in Ohio where I live?

What's your thoughts… as always much appreciated…

Carla
