Property Management Setup
Hello, can anyone tell me a rough estimate of how many employees are needed at certain levels of property management - for example how many employees might we need if we manage 100, 200, 300, 400 properties, etc. ?(Mostly single family and small apartment buildings). Thanks!

The variables (in my order, most important to least) are your experience, stability and efficiency of your systems, proficiency with "good" property management software, portfolio makeup, and how well you vet your clients.
It is too hard to tell without some details... but 20 to 100+ properties per employee.
