Real Estate Structure and entity formation

Felix Contreras
Posted

I would like to see if anyone knows of a real estate attorney in Nevada who specializes in real estate structuring. I have two properties that I would like to move over to an LLC. I am new to real estate and would like help in the process and advice on what its the best route for me.

    Hi @Felix Contreras

Are the properties located in NV like yourself? I can set you up with someone.

Yes they are at first I would just like to move one to an LLC, I am also trying to see what would be best for me. Tons of information out there that tell you its better to do a land trust and LLC as the beneficiary. Complex but want to see if you know the best way to safeguard my assets. Trying to continue on the road of real estate investing and would like a structure plan before moving forward.
