Yes they are at first I would just like to move one to an LLC, I am also trying to see what would be best for me. Tons of information out there that tell you its better to do a land trust and LLC as the beneficiary. Complex but want to see if you know the best way to safeguard my assets. Trying to continue on the road of real estate investing and would like a structure plan before moving forward.

I don't think you need a lawyer for this, just go to Lagalzoom or similar, and follow the instructions.

Just make sure you have adequate liability insurance whether you do the LLC or not. All the best!


I see yeah they will stay in my name im just moving them over to my LLC so therefore it should be okay. I have heard that could be a possibility of the loan being called due, something to consider. Overall goal is to keep using the structure to continue to purchase more real estate.

Hello,

I have a question and seeing if anyone knows someone who has products available for funding a new development, that will include land and short term rentals. Mainly looking at a unique experience, it will include tiny homes, domes, and an area to park RV's. Close enough to the city but out of the city limits and taxes. The funding would be for the land, clearing, and cost to acquire the tiny homes and domes, not sure if there is even a product that could include all this in one loan.

@Account Closed thank you for that information, it's good to know what could potentially happen in a subject to deal. Each deal has its own risk, its good to consider all possible outcomes.
