Hello Friends,

I have a LLC in New Jersey. I have a rental property in Washington DC. Do I need to get separate LLC for DC property or I can add DC property to LLC from New Jersey.

If you're property in DC becomes owned by the LLC, you will automatically become subject to rent control.
