Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with series LLC's in Texas? What are some pros and cons of using a series LLC vs regular LLC in Texas?

    @Paul Charles Bayliss - fingers crossed i havent had an issue to need the protection, but i am happy with my work with Scott Smith - https://royallegalsolutions.co... i am in florida and have operating llc in florida and the series llc in texas. there is a lot of information on the royal website to answer all/most of your questions.  good luck -
