@Paul Charles Bayliss - they have two different tasks, the Texas (series) LLC is to own and protect assets. the Florida LLC is to operate the RE business. again, everything seems to be working as intended, though i haven't had any need to test the LLC protection. 🤞

the Texas (series) LLC has two(2) series LLC 'opended' to hold a single property each. i am working on the third series now for a new purchase. this LLC is not listed on any of the property ownership docs and can't be connected back to me or the Florida LLC

the Florida LLC is handling all contracts, operating payments and operating deposits. this is visible as a Florida business with no assets.

so no cons or pros - just working.

@Paul Charles Bayliss - fingers crossed i havent had an issue to need the protection, but i am happy with my work with Scott Smith - https://royallegalsolutions.co... i am in florida and have operating llc in florida and the series llc in texas. there is a lot of information on the royal website to answer all/most of your questions.  good luck -

@Adrian Clapp i bought this spreadsheet - https://passiveadvantage.com/d... last month to fix the same problem you have.  it is very complex and i am comfortable with excel, but still working on it to make it work.
