The quickest way to sell and buy an investment property

Hello everyone! I’m working on a new business startup. It’s an online investment property auctioneering site. Agents will be able to input their property as a rental/fix and flip, and it will be posted onto a page where investors can bid on the properties and have it purchased in less then a week. Agents, investors, would you be interested in a site like this? And if so, what attributes would you like to see in it?

I am curious about your motivation to create a site like this.  There are some monster sites that already do this.  Will it have some features that the large companies can't or won't provide?  I'm very curious about this project.
