Hello everyone! I’m working on a new business startup. It’s an online investment property auctioneering site. Agents will be able to input their property as a rental/fix and flip, and it will be posted onto a page where investors can bid on the properties and have it purchased in less then a week. Agents, investors, would you be interested in a site like this? And if so, what attributes would you like to see in it?

Whats the difference between this and the 10 others? All you do is list your property ( If you do not have a network ) if it’s good its gone in a day or so.

This will be specifically targeted towards investors and cash buyers. The auction piece ensures the sellers are able to get the highest selling price they can.

I am curious about your motivation to create a site like this.  There are some monster sites that already do this.  Will it have some features that the large companies can't or won't provide?  I'm very curious about this project.

Our main goal is to make the process of selling and buying investment properties as easy and as fast as possible. Eventually we want to be able to have a house listed and sold as quick as legally possible. We recognize that buying homes can be a difficult process for newer and even experienced investors. We want to help make that process easier in order to invite more individuals into the world of real estate.

Sooo like a wholesaling website?

Essentially yes, we want to focus more on the auction piece of the website. That way it’s more attractive to agents because we would still give them every opportunity to sell it at the highest price possible.

Dear experienced wholesalers, if you had to work through a wholesale deal, and break it down into 5 or less steps. What would those steps be? (Example: Finding, calling, contracting, signing, selling)
