Guest Ranch Development

Hello,

My Wife and I want to purchase land or a property with a couple cabins on it and a house we could live in forever, while we are here we want to add cabins and turn it into a Guest ranch over time in the mountains. We want to have lots of cabins, a main lodge, provide Mountain experiences and also live on this property.

We have seen lots of these for sale with high price tags but we don't mind starting small and growing but we just don't know what kind of loan we would need or what to consider since our end goal is to have it become a good size Guest Ranch.

What kind of loans and things should we look into in order for us to do this?
