Hi I want to put my properties in individual single member LLC's
Hi I have a couple rentals and I want to put them in individual single member TX LLC's. Should I put myself as the owner of the LLC's or have another company own it ?

This is going to be a super headache down the road - you will need separate EIN’s, bank accounts, accountant will charge extra.
Question I ask people is why? Then they say asset protection - and I say protection from what ?
What type of claim can occur that would not be covered by your PM or insurance ? Unless you are running illegal drug ring and laundering money - on single family homes having multiple LLC's end up costing more with little benefit
