7,000 sq ft, 3 Residential units, two commercial units, one pandemic and many sleepless nights, and we are finished.

We just completed our biggest renovation to date.  We had our commercial tenants lined up prior to starting the work.  For our first large development project it was nice to be able to stick our own company in the commercial units. The numbers may have been a bit different if we were not able to get in and start paying rent from day one.    7,000 sq ft, 3 Residential units, two commercial units, one pandemic and many sleepless nights, and we are finished.
