Trying to bring this back to the top. Feel like there's more going on in ADU land. Still curious. Whatcha got?

That's great advice. I didn't think about implementation as much as content/quality of the interaction. Thanks @Allan Smith

Hey BP... thought I'd float this to the community to see what your thoughts are on business coaching for Agents and/or Investors (I'm both). I feel like @brandonturner and many guests have talked about the benefits of coaching for years. I also feel like you could easily throw quite a bit of money away if it's not the right fit or you're not prepared/invested in the process.

I recently started my own business and feel like I could use the accountability and insight from someone who is a few steps ahead of me. However, I'm already  $helling out on software, marketing, branding, etc.... so tell me, IS THE JUICE WORTH THE SQUEEZE?

How did you decide on a coach? Process of identification + selection?

What is your structure–– monthly fee? Pay per session?

What is an acceptable rate... does it/should it change with level of experience?  ($500/month? $1,000/month?)

If you could go back, would you do it sooner or NOT at ALL?

@gayla I know this was a long time ago, but who did you end up going with? What has your experience been and who would you recommend today? Thanks!

What are the things you WISH you'd known to include in your first Short Term Rental? Looking for advice on any MUST HAVE products/items.

What camera's are you using?

Best keyless entry device?

Towels/Bedding?

What is your TV/entertainment setup?

Anything else that adds to the experience that guests rave about?

Does anyone have experience with ADU's (accessory dwelling units) in any market, but particularly Cincinnati? I've had a couple OOS investors ask about ADU potential in our market... not sure what hurdles there might be with the city (permitting, zoning, or otherwise).

Anyone have a cheat sheet or checklist for covering your ADU bases? Any/all advice welcome.
