S corporation management

Hello BP members, 

I am working with CPA to manage my S-corp business, but I realized that all the money that I am saving by running S-corp is going to the CPA. Now I am thinking to manage the business on my own. Would it be difficult to do so? Are there any good books to read about this topic?
