Low $ per hour jobs to avoid in your RE business

In the most recent episode of the BP Podcast (543) Gino Wickman said if you're trying to make 6 figures then you shouldn't be doing any work that is less than $25/hour. I've heard it before from Brandon, David, and the guests that I should focus on high dollar per hour work. So I was hoping that with the help of you all, we could build a list of jobs and the approximate $/hr pay associated with the work.

I'll start with some easy ones;

Handyman $15-25/hr

Bookkeeper $20/hr

Property Manager $30-40/hr

Lawn care $40/hr
