Rent To Retirement 1031 Exchange

Has anyone gone through Rent To Retirement for a 1031 exchange?

If so what was your experience like?

Did you use the qualified intermediary they recommended or did you find your own?

The time window being 45 days, how quick was your process?

Are you still holding the property you acquired from Rent To Retirement’s inventory?

What would you do differently or wish you knew at the time of the excahne?

Thank you in advance for your input.
