Rental properties in an S-Corp
After a lot of research, I have all my rental investment properties under one S-Corporation. I will never convert any of my rental properties into a personal one - which is when I thought holding it under an S-Corporation will create a tax impact.
Can any accountant in the forum give some feedback on my holding rental properties under S-Corporation?
