If I keep it I will pay cash for it but we are also preapproved. So we are good to go on that end

Once you've signed the purchase agreement and assignment contract and sent the documents to the title company, what are the next steps to follow? I'm new to the learning process and want to make sure I am not missing anything. Thanks!

that’s my thought exactly. It generally did not make sense to me how it would need such little work for it to appraise that much. I figured I was missing something which is why I posted. I let this one go for now. Thanks for the input!
