qualified intermediary for a 10-31

Hi,

In preparation for a real estate sale, I'm starting to do my homework for a qualified intermediary.  Not meaning to offend anyone, but from what I understand this is an unregulated field and anyone that is considered "Qualified" is someone simply  that hasn't been disqualified.   I'm sure some QI's  have better reputations that others.    I've had a few issues in the past with my professionals so I'm looking to hear about everyone's experience with whom they used.   Thanks in advance.

Roger
