Looking for 1031 in MA and ME

Selling a multi-family in Dorchester MA and buying more than one lower-priced multi-families in Worcester MA and potentially a vacation investment property in Maine if the numbers work. I welcome suggestions on folks who specialize in these locations. I have sold multiple properties over the years but this is my first 1031. Thanks! Bob

Where is the multi is Dorchester? I have a number of projects in the area. Is it on MLS.
