Hi, 

I am looking to do a 1031 exchange soon (closing in Feb). 

The property is in Oregon but I live in California. 

So, 

1. Can I choose 1031 Exchange facilitator anywhere? 

2. Can you please recommend a 1031 exchange facilitator -- I am in SF Bay Area.
