I'm looking for someone who has done several 1031 Exchanges

Hello 1031-ers.

I'd like to talk to someone who had been through the process as an actual seller taking the profits and deferring the tax bill into the next property.

While I love all you 1031 Experts, I'm looking specifically for someone who has done this as the seller, not the qualified intermediary. Multiple 1031's would be even better.
