My original intention was to wholesale this land deal however, after going under contract I quickly realized we were way over priced. After several attempts to re negotiate pricing, the seller was not playing ball. Contract expired however, my seller has become a friend of mine. He wants to do a 1031 exchange for a property that we simply/ realistically do not have the time to close and acquire. Now I honestly just want to help the guy get his land sold.
