Hi BP Fam!

I am looking for recommendations for an accountant / CPA who knows Real Estate Investment! The ideal referral would be someone you have personally worked with who is local to the Greater Los Angeles area, who knows how to handle accounting for income properties, and preferably also has experience with 1031 exchanges. Any recommendations or tips would be greatly appreciated, and I'm happy to let them know that you referred me!
