Title: Looking to Invest in the Phoenix, Arizona Area - Advice Needed

Hi BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Yael Doron, and my husband, Ido, and I are real estate investors based in Israel. We’re looking to invest in the Phoenix, Arizona area or nearby regions. We have around $150,000 available for investment.

We understand that finding deals in this price range in Phoenix itself might be challenging, so we’d love to get your input on areas near Phoenix where our budget could work. Our main focus is finding properties with the highest return on investment, particularly through rental income.

Additionally, we’d love to connect with local real estate agents or property management companies who can help us learn more about the area and potentially collaborate with us.

Thank you so much for your time and insights! We’re excited to start this journey and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Yael & Ido Doron

Lets be honest. You won't find any reasonable ROI in the Phoenix area with $150k to $200k down. I live in the area and just gave up looking for now. Yes you can find properties which you will be able to purchase, but ROI will be near zero or negative. If you want ROI, look to other parts of the country. People investing in Phoenix are seeking appreciation.
