Hi BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Yael Doron, and my husband, Ido, and I are real estate investors based in Israel. We’re looking to invest in the Phoenix, Arizona area or nearby regions. We have around $150,000 available for investment.

We understand that finding deals in this price range in Phoenix itself might be challenging, so we’d love to get your input on areas near Phoenix where our budget could work. Our main focus is finding properties with the highest return on investment, particularly through rental income.

Additionally, we’d love to connect with local real estate agents or property management companies who can help us learn more about the area and potentially collaborate with us.

Thank you so much for your time and insights! We’re excited to start this journey and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Yael & Ido Doron

Quote from @Joshua Bautista:

Hey guys! Welcome to BP. Really excited about this opportunity. I know your goal is to BRRR. Do you guys have a current home? Is it owned or are you renting it?

 Hi Joshua,

We do have a current house in Idniana worth around 120K. It is a Duplex which is currently occupied (both units). Are you famillier with the area?

Hi BiggerPockets community,

We're a young couple just getting started in real estate investing, and we're particularly interested in BRRRR deals in Queen Creek, Arizona. We're excited to learn more about the area and would love some guidance from those with experience in this market.

Here’s what we’re looking to understand:

  1. Best Neighborhoods: Which neighborhoods in Queen Creek are considered the most desirable for rentals or flips?
  2. Less Desirable Areas: Are there neighborhoods we should avoid or areas where BRRRR might be less effective?
  3. ARV Potential: Where can we expect to achieve higher ARVs? Are there pockets of growth or opportunities in the area?
  4. Local Institutions: We’re curious about schools, community centers, and other amenities that make certain neighborhoods more appealing to tenants.

Additionally, we’d love to connect with:

  • Experienced real estate agents who know the market inside and out.

We’re eager to learn and truly appreciate any insights, advice, or connections you can share. Every bit of information helps as we begin this journey.

Thank you so much, and we look forward to hearing from you all!

Best,

Gura Ido & Doron Yael
