I like to always learn from the mistakes of others and my own, so I thought I would ask the community to talk about a time you dug yourself out a hole?

A tenant was $100 short on the rent and paid me yesterday, the 6th, with the $25 late fee.

I'm thinking, one day, you couldn't borrow $100 for one day from someone to avoid paying an extra $25?

Hi all, I know it has been about a month since I have been on. Had some medical issues (all fixed).

I am still sitting on 4 properties and getting very discouraged. I made the classic beginner mistakes and am hop...
