I am working a short sale with them and they are the slowest lender i have dealt with. just curious if anyone out there has dealt with them and what your outcome was.

Just sent out a mailing of postcards to 500 recent buyers. bought a list from listsource.com went back 6 months.
Has anybody else used this method? how did it work out for you?
