Hi BP, i was just wondering if investors usually find cheaper houses in Pre foreclosure or in REO in their market?

Does anyone have any input on what is better, to go with an LLC or a S corp with sub corps to break up your properties?  Before I talk to an attorney I'd like to get real life Landlords opinions?
