Questions on writing an offer on a 4 Unit

Hello,

I'm a rather new agent. I am writing my first 4-unit purchase contract. I have written a few offers for SFRs. Is there anything particularly different for 4 units compared to a SFR purchase contract? I have noticed many listings say I can write the offer contingent upon interior inspection. Where do I put that in the contract? I am an agent in southern CA.
