What do you typically charge an investor for a property?You found And they are going to buy it

I'm assuming in an assignment, the buyer you assign it to will ay closing, but who pays closing in a double escrow?

Is this a good contract to enter into? 50/50, one does All the work the other puts up all finance. Splits profit and rents. Thank u for your reply’s.
