When transferring a property to an LLC should the registered agents address be used or should the actual property address be used in the Quitclaim Deed?

Has anyone acquired a property through the use of “subject to”?  What are the pros and cons?  Couldn’t the bank also make the loan due on transfer?  

Will I be able to transfer my primary residence into my LLC which is S-corp?What are the pros vs cons? Am I able to do this?

What are some contingencies and criteria you are using when writing offers outside of standards tendencies like financing and inspection? Example, receiving copies of leases and transferring deposits.

Looking to obtain a contract with an option that meets Ohio Laws. The contract must specifically spell out an option to Sell / or transfer in a residential purchase agreement.

When closing with a Lender on Delayed Financing / Cash Recapture financing, which costs (transfer, recording taxes, title, etc.) are duplicative to costs incurred in the initial purchase transaction with the Seller?
