I just started wholesaling. On a small scale, I can go drive and see the house. This is really the only way to get an accurate assessment of it's condition. But if I ever expand and am sending out 50,000 letters/month...

Has anyone seen this? A 2nd lien is stripped and the Chapter 13 is dismissed for failure to pay, and a week later, filed a Chapter 7 that was discharged. Would the stripping be void by the dismissal of the 13?
