Do I need a license to do wholesale real estate???

Any suggestions how to prospect a seller & what is the best way to get started wholesaling? Any suggestions on the best list to go after? 

As a realtor is it a need to let my broker know I do wholesaling on the side???

I'm reading about wholesaling its something I've really been considering.  I would like to know if anyone in the Kansas City, or Overland Park, KS area had really good result in 2015?

i would like to meet cash buyers, other buyers, or other wholesalers to flip deals too.
