I have 4 properties, currently using Cozy.  I want more capabilities, looking at Stessa.  I tried Tenantcloud and felt it was too time consuming...What do you use and what are your likes/dislikes?

Other than google sheets or iOS excel, are there any decent spreadsheet apps so you can crunch your numbers on the go in the field?

Much to my chagrin, I am unable to access the BP forums on my iOS app. Nearly every time I click on a specific thread the app closes.
