Does anyone have a list or names of financial institutions that are great about lending to LLC's? I should mention this is in Pennsylvania. Thanks in advance.

I was thinking about setting up a LOC with DLP.  they asked for $695 appraisal fee upfront and additional 6k to start the $1mil line of credit.  Has anyone had any success with the loan product?
