What is better for lead generation? Propstream or batchleads? And do you think they would have similar leads if you pick the same niche on both sites?

We recently found a few off-market properties by driving around but we are struggling to find a way to get a phone number for the properties.

I'm looking to form a networking group of people who specialize in under 30k properties for cash flow. I propose we share ideas to help each other maximize our success!

I'm considering purchasing a "buyers" list but I'm a little skeptical on reliabilty of such lists. Is there anyone out there with knowledge of Buyers list for wholesaling deals to?
