Latest updates to Flipster & compared to PropStream & the others

Flipster was doing great for us with getting us leads WITH phone numbers and emails. Then this last week or so when getting updated lists their lead system was so buggy and didn't including numbers and emails. After going back and forth with support with the issues, including NOT every mentioning the new updates do not include numbers/emails until a week later when I talked with cancelation person.

LeadSherp is about $0.15 (which I can use with Flipster and PropStream leads). But you have to account for the cost of all the platforms also. 

Flipster: $97 (basic) we were paying $197 for more leads. Skip Trace: $0.10 (paid in bulk)

PropStream: $99 and additional costs. Skip Trace $0.12 

Im looking to update our process with lead generation, either with a single app or an app and then other skip tracing tool. 

Questions: What is everyone else using for lead gen tools? Is there any better systems out there that does include Skip Trace info? What skip tracing system are you using and best rates?
