Hey guys, I am having trouble getting google voice to ring straight to my phone and also trouble setting up a voicemail?

I'm reading through the state laws where I will be investing (Wisconsin). It states....

"the landlord shall disclose to the tenant in writing...the name and address of the person authroized to collect or receive rent...

Does anyone have a good letter which they use for direct mail marketing?  I drove around my target neighborhood and recorded all of the addresses and now need to start making contact.
