Hello All,
How can you still make a deal work if you can't find comps?  For example, I found a good SFH, single story.  All the comps in the area were 2-story.  How can I properly find the ARV with no suitable comps? 

Anyone have experience with the comp analysis app "DealCheck" or any other?
